Ramona Serrano

Ramona Serrano, 83, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 in Lubbock, Texas. Ramona was born on June 13, 1940 to Benito Baeza and Josefa Hernandez Baeza in Ojinaga, Mexico. Ramona was a Presidio, Texas resident and a Catholic.

Ramona Serrano is preceded in death by her husband Benicio Serrano, her parents Benito and Josefa H. Baeza, siblings Miguel Baeza, Isabel Baeza, Pedro Baeza, Berta Baeza, Kiotilde Baeza, 

Ramona Serrano is survived by her son; Teodoro and spouse Carmen Serrano of Pecos, Texas, daughter Beatrice Bustamante of Presidio, Texas, siblings Manuel Baeza, Jesus Baeza, Victoria Baeza, Anita Baeza, Nery Baeza, and Otilia Baeza, 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great- great-grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Teodoro E. Serrano Jr., Fermin Bustamante, Abdiel Bustamante, Ubaldo Rodriguez, and Aaron S. Zuniga.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 9 am to 9 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Christ The King Catholic Church in Balmorhea, Texas. Interment will follow at the Balmorhea Cemetery in Balmorhea, Texas.
