Lazaro Morales

Lazaro Nieto Morales of Pecos, Texas passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at the Ward Memorial Hospital in Monahans, Texas surrounded by his family. He was corn on April 9, 1943 to Francisco and Ester Nieto Morales in Chucillo Parado Chihuahua Mexico. Ne married his beloved wife Bertha Emma Morales. Lazaro was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother. He was always on the go and lending a helping hand.  He was a retire Seismograph in employee and later became Disabled. Lazaro loved cooking for his family  "En su Cocina", meaning his man cave, if you knew him you knew he had it fixed up, and loved listening to music. If you knew him you knew he had it fixed up. He loved working on his truck, but most of all spending quality time with his family. Lazaro was a life time Pecos, and a catholic.

Lazaro is preceded in death by his beloved wife Bertha Emma Morales, his parents Francisco and Ester Nieto Morales, brother Hector Manuel Morales.

Lazaro is survived by his daughter Martha Morales Garcia ( Ramon ), Grandchildren Karime Robles, Hector Roman Garcia and Alexis Garcia, great-grandchildren Aizlynn Herrera, Zayleen Robles, Adelynn Robles, Omar Garcia and Noel Garcia, brothers Andres, Armando Augustine, Oscar, Carlos and sisters Oralia, Dora Isela and Rosa Maria Morales. Numerous nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 9 am to 9pn with rosary at 7:30 pm. Mask are required at the Funeral Home at all times.

Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10 am at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church and mask are required also per Church request, with Interment following the Service at Greenwood Cemetery.

"We are left with so many wonderful memories to cherish of our amazing "Viejito." Although we were not ready to tp let him go, he gained his wings. He will be missed so much by many especially his family. May his eternal resting place be glorious in the presence of the Lord."
