Enedina Galindo Lozano, 93, of Balmorhea, Texas, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her home. Enedina was born in Balmorhea to Domingo and Fermana Galindo on September 28, 1928, she was the second born of four children. She grew up in Brogado, Texas and attended Balmorhea School. She married Gregorio H. Lozano on December 20, 1949 in Pecos, Texas.
Enedina was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church in Balmorhea. Her greatest joy was her family. She relished spending every possible moment with her children and all grandchildren including great and great great grandchildren. Enedina enjoyed cooking, singing, sewing and always praying for her family and everyone around the world. She always hosted Sunday lunch and Special celebration dinners at her home for all the family to enjoy.
Enedina is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Gregorio H. Lozano, her parents Domingo and Fermana Galindo, Her brother Domingo Galindo and Sisters Elvira Rodriguez and Jesusita (Quito) Alvarez and Son in law Manuel Lopez.
Enedina is survived by her daughter, Bertha Lopez and sons Rodolfo (wife Betty), Roy (wife Elizabeth), Javier and Israel Lozano. She has 13 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her seven grandsons, Eric and Kendrick Lopez, Jeremiah, Reggie, Billy, Alexis and Nigiel Lozano.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 am to 0:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 with Rosary at 7:00 pm at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home in Pecos, Texas.
Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Balmorhea, Texas. Burial will follow at Balmorhea Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Peaceful Garden Funeral Home, Pecos Tx.
Enedina was a beautiful matriarch and was the most thoughtful, generous, gracious, and loving person and she will be missed by her family and friends.
