Cruz Lujan

Cruz Lujan 99, of Pecos, passed away Friday August 16, 2019 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was born May 3, 1920 in Colorado City, Tx to Antonio Alvarez and Catarina Lara. She was a homemaker and a Christian Catholic. Cruz Alvarez married Geronimo Lujan May 2, 1938 in Los Fresnos, Chihuahua ,Mx.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Geronimo Lujan, sons Jesus, Trinidad, Alvaro, Roberto, Manuel, Domingo Lujan and daughter Lupe Lujan, brothers Cuco, Nieves, Juan and Viviano Alvarez, and 2- granddaughters Maria and Corina Lujan

Ms. Lujan is survived by daughters Guadalupe L Guerrero and husband Manuel of Woodlands, Ca. and Elida L. Monclova of Monahans, Tx. sons Antonio Lujan and wife Sylvia of Midland, Tx., Ricardo Lujan and wife Romelia, Jose Lujan and wife Socorro, Refugio Lujan and wife Emma, Roberto Lujan and wife Susanna all of Pecos, Tx.

Cruz also leaves to cherish her memories 32 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

The Lujan family wishes to express a most sincere thank you to the Focus Care of Pecos Nursing staff for the special care that was provided to Mom during her stay.

Visitation is set for Sunday August 18, 2019 from 3pm-9pm and Monday August 19, 2019 from 9am-9pm with a rosary at 7:30 pm at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home chapel.

Mass has been set for 10 am, Tuesday August 20, 2019 at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at Greenwood cemetery.
